To recognize the re-emergence of everyone's favorite ex-Vice-President into the mainstream news this week, I could not go with recognizing Mr. Gore as the butt of this this week's installment of 'CAPTION THIS!' Readers should know the rules by now, but in case you do not, they are quite simple.
