"The consciousness of good intentions disdains ambiguity. I shall not, however, multiply professions on this head. My motives must remain in the depository of my own breast. My arguments will be open to all, and may be judged of by all. They shall at least be offered in a spirit which will not disgrace the cause of truth."

Liberal Hypocrisy: As The Art of the Blog notes, liberals have no shame in their utter hypocrisy, they have no core beliefs. Christianity is to have NO place whatsoever in our public aura, children are not allowed to pray at their own high school graduations, "under God" is to be construed as somehow coercive, BUT if God can be invoked to 'get' Tom Delay, then the ENDS are justified by those MEANS!
The arrogance of some of our former allies is outstanding. NewsMax has reported that, "The European Union insisted Friday that governments and the private sector must share the responsibility of overseeing the Internet, setting the stage for a showdown with the United States on the future of Internet governance." Your humble pundit is thankful that other bloggers such as Red State Rant and The Violence Worker are not intimidated by the hardline stance the EU is taking on this issue. Is it not comical when the Europeans use such rhetoric as "The EU ... is very firm on this position," he added.
Bill Bennett's comments were dastardly......when taken out of context. The Donkey Stomp has the full text from his radio program. One should ascertain the entire landscape before coming to a conclusion. It is utterly shameless that there are such political hacks that will tread so close to out-in-out lies to taint the reputation of others. Yet, when those on the left cannot offer any cognitive message to the American people, it is somewhat easy to grasp why they resort to such theatrics.
On a lighter note, SportsHaven has his predictions for this weekend pertaining to some of the bigger college football games. If your team does not have a posted prediction, ask him next week for 'TheTruth.'
